It Has Something To Do With

It has something to do with the fact that we’re trained and we’re vivid
It has something to do with the fact that we’re surprised but not fascinated
Something about the roads and the way we use them
Which one we take and who recruits them
I sat and pondered when it was under construction
It has something to do with roundabouts, doesn’t it?
Something about those with higher lower jobs
How we shake hands, turn knobs
and enter
Something about religion … isn’t it?
Yeah and benches and prayers
How we draw lines to the same savior
Same source, something about divorce
Families and friends called enemies
Surprised when we realize they’re who we need for our spirituality
About different race but familiar faces
And how everything traces itself back to that one special thing
that one special someone
that one…
It has something to do with love
Something about harmony
About clarity
About hugging the soul next to you rather than the image
For it’s vivid but not fascinated
It has something to do with…
Something big I know it!
Just can’t seem to put my finger on it.
